Abstract

The Paget disease (PD) is a bone disorder characterized by abnormal bone remodeling predisposing fractures. Although vertebral affection is common, dorsal localization is not. We present a 57 years male patient, who suffered an eighth dorsal spinal fracture with segmental spinal involvement, and after imaging and anatomo-pathologic studies was arrived to diagnosis of Paget disease.
