Abstract

Heterotopic ossification is a patologic condition that leads bone in soft tissue. At skin is called osteoma cutis. These lesions may be primary or secondary. Secondary accounts 85% and they are by inflammatory diseases, infections, tumors, traumas, spinal cord lesions and surgeries. Heterotopic ossification is benign and rare, its may results wasting sickness thats follows pain and stiffness, leading to more comorbidity to the disease that triggers. We report a patient that suffering osteomas cutis and osteoarticular tuberculosis.
