Actualizaciones en Osteología (Online ISSN: 1669‑8983) is the scientific journal of the Argentine Association of Osteology and Mineral Metabolism (AAOMM). The journal accepts for publication manuscripts written in Spanish or English that address clinical or experimental aspects of osteology and mineral metabolism of interest to the scientific community. All submissions must be original, comply with the journal’s manuscript preparation guidelines, and correspond to one of the journal’s sections: Updates, Original Articles, Brief Communications, Case Reports, Editorials, and Letters to the Editor.

Articles are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process conducted by the journal editors and external reviewers with recognized expertise in the field, independent of the editorial team.

Actualizaciones en Osteología is an open access journal. All content is freely and openly accessible. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles without prior permission from the editor or the author, provided that the content is not used for commercial purposes. All reproductions must acknowledge the authorship and bibliographic source.
